In these sessions you will experience Shamanic Breathwork, a powerful approach that draws on both ancient shamanic practices and contemporary psycho-spiritual models.  You will access your “inner-shaman” using chakra-attuned music; clear energy blockages and stale emotional patterns, work with spirit guides and recognize and heal aspects of your “shadow”.

People who experiences Shamanic Breathwork report an increase in physical and emotional well-being, confidence, clarity and joy, as well as experience a reduction in anxiety, fears and self-doubts.

These weekly sessions are open for new “breathers” as well as experienced ones.  You may choose to join us weekly, allow yourself to enter a healing process and use Shamanic Breathwork as a spiritual practice or you may choose to drop-in whenever your schedule allows.
